2.2 You acknowledge that these marketing methods can carry legal risks, particularly in certain jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all relevant laws and regulations before implementing any strategies acquired through Scoy Agency.

2.3 You agree that Scoy Agency is not responsible for any legal actions taken against you and will not be liable for any consequences that may arise from your use of our services.

3. Billing and Payment Responsibilities

3.1 You are required to use your own payment card for all billing associated with SMS, email, and cold calling services provided through our partner platform, Gohighlevel.

3.2 In the event that you fail to provide your payment information and Scoy Agency incurs costs on your behalf, you agree to be invoiced for these costs and to make payment promptly.

3.3 Scoy Agency will make every effort to keep these costs minimal, but you are responsible for all charges incurred due to your failure to provide your payment information.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Scoy Agency regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
