Who we are
Scoy Agentic runs this site, scoy.ai. We work from Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Tallinn in Estonia. If you want anything on this page explained, or want your data removed, email hello@scoyagency.com.
What we collect
Things you type in. The forms on this site, meaning the free AI time audit, the intake questionnaire and the Send Me Your Five page, ask for some or all of:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, only if you want us to call you
- your company website
- your answers about how your business runs, including the hours you enter into the time audit calculator
Your email address is the only thing we require. Everything else is optional, and the forms work without it.
Things collected automatically. Your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you submitted from, and which pages you visit. That last one comes from the cookies below.

If your browser reports a European time zone, the Meta advertising cookies are not set at all until you accept them. You can change your answer whenever you like:
What we send to Meta
We advertise on Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram. When you complete a form we tell Meta that an enquiry happened. We send that twice, once from your browser and once from our server, tagged with the same identifier so Meta counts it once rather than twice.
Your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible SHA-256 hash before they are sent. We never send Meta your email address or phone number in readable form. Meta compares the hash against its own hashed records to work out whether an ad led to your enquiry. Alongside it we send your IP address, your browser type, and the two Meta cookie values in the table above.
We do not sell your data. Meta is the only advertising company we send anything to.
Other companies that see something
- Google Analytics receives the page views described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on every page, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Google Calendar powers the booking page. If you book a call, the booking sits in a Google Workspace calendar we control and Google's own privacy terms apply to it.
- Hostinger hosts this site and therefore stores what the forms collect.
Where your enquiry actually goes
Form submissions are written to a file on our web host that is not reachable from the internet, and emailed to us. We keep enquiries for as long as there is a realistic chance we are still talking to you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Why we are allowed to do this
- Answering you and preparing for a call. You asked us to, and we have a legitimate interest in running our business.
- Advertising cookies and conversion data. Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the button above.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@scoyagency.com and we will deal with it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
International transfers
We work from the Dominican Republic and Estonia, and the companies listed above operate globally. Your data may be processed outside the country you live in.
Children
This site sells to businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what we do changes, we change this page and update the date at the top.
